Acceptable To God

Psalm 19_14A

“Let the words of my mouth, and the meditation of my heart, be acceptable in thy sight, O LORD, my strength, and my redeemer.” (Psalm 19:14). Think about what you have said and the thoughts of heart over the past week. Has it all been acceptable in the sight of God? There are times we just haphazardly speak and our heart dwells on other things. Paul wrote; “I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service.” (Romans 12:1). We are to give not just our mouth and heart, but our entire bodies to God. Everything about us is to be acceptable to God. Living a godly life is a matter of what you do, what you say and the thoughts of your heart. Rely on your Redeemer, who is your strength. Let all that you are be acceptable to God.

Have a Blessed Day!
