Prayer For Others

Col 1_3

We give thanks to God and the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, praying always for you” (Colossians 1:3). In every epistle that he wrote, Paul mentions that he is praying earnestly for those whom he has written to. Paul naturally had the most extensive prayer list ever. Prayer is direct communication with God and should be an important part of every Christian’s life. As we pray, we should follow the example of Paul, “Praying always for you.” There are those around us who need prayer; our family, friends, brothers, and sister in Christ, and especially the lost. They need to be brought to the Throne of Grace. Take a moment today to lift someone up to God in prayer.

Have a Blessed Day!
