Bless The Lord

Psa 103_2A

“Bless the LORD, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits” (Psalm 103:2). Today is Thanksgiving Day in America. For most Americans, it has become a day of family gatherings with no regard to God for all He has done. In this Psalm, David said that he was going to bless the Lord for all His benefits. As you gather with family think on the blessings of God. As the psalmist wrote, “Enter into his gates with thanksgiving, and into his courts with praise: be thankful unto him, and bless his name.” (Psalm 100:4). Take time to be thankful today and bless His holy name. Acknowledge Him in your presence and He will be there if you have invited Him.

Have a Blessed and Happy Thanksgiving.
