Put The Lord First

I have set the LORD always before me: because he is at my right hand, I shall not be moved.” (Psalm 16:8). When something is “set,” it is permanent. David, who wrote this Psalm above, recognized the only way to assure himself that God was in control was to “set” Him on the throne of his heart and be submissive to Him. David realized that God was always with him. We must be like David and permanently set the Lord before us. Jesus declared it this way; “But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.” (Matthew 6:33). Seek the Lord first today.

Have a Blessed Day!
