Seek The Lord

“Now set your heart and your soul to seek the LORD your God; arise therefore, and build ye the sanctuary of the LORD God, to bring the ark of the covenant of the LORD, and the holy vessels of God, into the house that is to be built to the name of the LORD.” (1 Chronicles 22:19). David had desired to build God a temple. Instead, God chose Solomon to build the temple. David gave Solomon everything he needed to build the temple, but in order to build himself, Solomon had to make a choice. Solomon had to choose to set his heart and soul to seeking the LORD God. What about you, are you setting your heart and soul to seeking God. Jesus declared it this way; “But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.” (Matthew 6:33). Make a personal commitment today to set your heart and soul to seeking the LORD your God.

Have a Blessed Day!
